What is the Wigadoo Vote? What it looks like
The Wigadoo Vote is a handy tool to help you find out when your friends are free or what they want to do.

By creating a vote page where everyone’s choices are tracked its easy to see which options are best for the group … and you all avoid the hundreds of e-mails it would otherwise take.
How it works?
Very Simply…
  • 1You fill in a simple form
    This creates a Wigadoo Vote with options for your friends to vote on
  • 2We e-mail you a link to your vote
    The link takes you to your vote page.
    You can then forward this on to your friends
  • 3Check the link to see results
    You can use the same link as your friends to see how your friends have voted.

What is “Propose a Plan”?
Propose a plan when you need to get commitment and money from friends when you are organising something that requires everyone to chip in.
How does Propose a Plan work?
Very Simply…
  • 1Propose something to do
    • Create an invite by filling in a brief form.
    • We then e-mail you a link to your invite.
    • You forward this on to your friends.
  • 2Everyone pledges
    • If your friends want to come they pledge with a debit or credit card.
    • BUT no money is taken UNTIL you get enough people to sign up.
  • 3Track who’s signed up
    • As the organiser, you have a control panel to help manage your event.
    • From here you can edit your invite, track responses, contact the group and, later on, manage the money.
  • 4Collect the money
    • If enough people sign up, you can then collect the money your friends have pledged.
    • If you don’t get enough people, no money will be taken.
  • 5Spend the money
    • When you collect the money we put your money into an online event account.
    • Each online event account comes with a Wigadoo Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® that means you can pay for things instantly online or over the phone
    • You must be over 18 and a UK resident to use this service.
    • We put all of the money you collected on this card so you can then use it to book or pay for everything for the group.

What is “Find Ideas”?
Very simply, it’s a bunch of useful information if you’re looking to do something fun with your friends.

The aim is to inspire you … not to sell to you. What you’ll find will hopefully give you lots of good ideas and some useful links to help you find something you and your friends would love to do.
How does Find Ideas work?
There are three sections:
  • 1Inspire Me
    Here we’re trying to suggest things that you might not have thought about doing with your friends. Behind each picture is a page of info with hints and tips and useful links.
  • 2Deals and Promotions
    Being in a group should mean you can get better deals. There are loads available out there but they’re not always easy to find. We’ve found some that we think you should know about.
  • 3UK Activity Directory
    We’ve done our best to find a list of companies that provide fun activities to do in the UK. Whether its go-karting, paintballing, horse riding or canyoning … often these guys aren’t always easy to find on the internet. Hopefully this makes it easier.

What is this online event account?

The account is actually a Prepaid MasterCard® account for transactions made online or over the phone.

What does that mean?

Well, that means we generate an account for your group that comes with a MasterCard® account number (and expiry date and security code) so that you can spend the money instantly online or over the phone. As well as pooling your friends' money into one place, you get the convenience and security of MasterCard® to spend it.

How can I spend the money?

You can simply use your MasterCard® account number to pay for your event online or over the phone. Or, if you'd like to, you can also transfer money to your own bank account.
